1.1 By accessing documents, listings or areas on meetyourescort.com, you expressly agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

1.2 Subject to your unconditional acceptance of these terms, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable personal right to access the content of the site.

1.3 This Agreement may be modified by the Company at any time. Any modification takes effect upon its online publication. The User may under no circumstances unilaterally alter these stipulations.

1.4 Any attempt to circumvent the warning pages, the age-verification gate (AgeGate 18+) or these Terms constitutes an implicit and irrevocable acceptance of all clauses, as well as a formal attestation of legal majority.

1.5 This contract incorporates by reference all other legal notices, privacy policies and safety rules published on the site.

1.6 Account creation requires confirming your email address via the link sent to you at signup. Until that confirmation is completed, access to personalized services (messaging, reviews, favorites, publishing) remains locked. A follow-up email can be requested from the login page.

Any publication violating these principles will be immediately rejected, the account permanently closed, and systematically reported to the competent judicial authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

3.2 Illegal conduct & prohibited speech: It is strictly forbidden to use the site for harassment, threats, fraud, defamation, racist insults or the distribution of non-consensual content.

3.3 Respect for third-party rights: You warrant that you will not infringe anyone’s privacy, image rights or intellectual property rights.

3.4 Fraud and counterfeiting: Any use of false identities, fraudulent means of payment or plagiarism techniques results in immediate prosecution.

All elements (photographs, interfaces, texts, databases, logos) are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. The User only benefits from a personal, private, non-commercial and revocable consultation license.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors and staff against any claim, damage, financial loss, administrative fine or legal costs resulting directly or indirectly from a breach of these terms or from unlawful use of the service.

7.1 Total absence of intermediation: The Company is neither an agency, nor an employer, nor a matchmaker. It does not intervene in any capacity in private exchanges, contacts or any possible physical meetings between users. Everyone remains solely and uniquely responsible for their acts, their safety and their prior checks.

7.2 Service provided “AS IS”: The services are provided without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to continuous availability, the accuracy of information or the absence of technical interruptions.

7.3 Third-party generated content: The Company is not responsible for the truthfulness or authenticity of messages, photos and listings published under the exclusive responsibility of their respective authors.

Every listing submitted by an advertiser undergoes a manual review, carried out case by case by a human member of our moderation team, before any publication: no listing is published automatically. This review covers the photographs, the texts, the consistency of the card and any indication of non-compliance, notably to guarantee the absence of minors and to rule out suspicious, misappropriated or fraudulent profiles. Where there is doubt about a profile’s majority or authenticity, the listing is placed in precautionary quarantine, out of public view, pending further checks. Any sensitive modification of a published listing is subject to a new validation. Reviews submitted by members are also manually checked before display. The “Verified” and “Identity verified” badges are only granted after a manual check. In the event of refusal, the reason is communicated to the author, who may correct the card and resubmit it. Quarantine, pausing, expiry and deletion of a listing remain measures the Company uses sovereignly.

The messaging systems (conversations linked to listings and private messages between members) are accessible to moderation in read-only mode for the needs of checks and report processing. Advertisers can block and report a correspondent; members can report a private conversation, whose relevant messages may be removed by moderation.

While not subject to a general monitoring obligation, the Company reserves the sovereign right to delete, modify or block at any time and without notice any content, listing, review or account that would breach these rules or give rise to legitimate complaints. Any abuse can be reported via our module Report abuse.

“SEXEFACILE”, “meetyourescort.com” and the associated graphic elements and logos are protected trademarks. Any reproduction or exploitation not expressly authorized is formally prohibited.

When the operator activates monetization, advertisers may subscribe, for a fixed duration, to a publication subscription (necessary to keep a listing visible while paid publication is in force) as well as optional highlights (VIP, Boost) that improve the display and ranking of the listing.

Payments are processed exclusively by our specialized payment providers, at the advertiser’s choice: by credit card via CCBill, a specialized payment institution that processes card details within its own secure payment page, or in cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments. The site collects and stores no banking data: card details are entered directly on CCBill’s secure page and never transit through our servers. An option is only activated after the authenticated confirmation received from the relevant provider: the return to the site after payment does not constitute confirmation.

No automatic renewal is performed: at the end of the subscribed duration, reminders are sent (and, where applicable, displayed) to allow renewal. Without renewal, the listing remains visible during the configurable grace period, then it is automatically paused until subscription. VIP and Boost highlights end at their expiration date without any persistent effect.

A refund can only be made at the initiative of the operator or via the payment provider (then processed automatically: the benefits linked to the refunded payment are removed and the listing may be paused again). Any subscription may be requested for withdrawal within 48 hours of purchase, on the express condition that the service has not yet been activated.

These general terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or termination that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts.
