Privacy Policy

• Account: pseudonym, email address, password (only in the form of an irreversible salted hash), account role, date of birth (18+ age check), signup date, last login date and confirmation status of your email address.
• Sessions and tokens: each login creates a session token stored only in hashed form (valid for 7 days); password-reset tokens (1 hour) and email-confirmation tokens (24 hours) are also hashed and single-use.
• Listings (advertiser accounts): display pseudonym, declared age, profile category, location chosen from an official geographic repository, district or borough, title and description, optional profile details (appearance, languages, orientation...), contact details you choose to publish (phone, apps, per-app usernames), availability, and the photographs you upload — compressed to WebP with a watermark burned into the file, then stored in our database. The moderation status, verification badges and, where applicable, the refusal reason and internal moderation notes are also stored.
• Reviews and interactions: reviews posted on listings (rating, text, author pseudonym and email, moderation status), favorites and favorite categories, follows between profiles, and participation in the public activity feed.
• Messaging: conversations linked to listings and private conversations between members (message content, dates, read receipts). These exchanges are accessible to moderation in read-only mode as part of its checks and report processing.
• Reports: reason, targeted profile or listing, your email address if you report (strictly confidential, never disclosed to the reported account), description of the facts and follow-up.
• Preferences: profile privacy settings (visibility, city, follower lists, activity, message permission, public presentation) and notification preferences.
• Purchases (if any): if you subscribe to a paid option, the transaction (product, amount, currency, status), subscription periods and active highlights. No banking or crypto-wallet data is stored by the site: payments are entirely processed by our providers — CCBill for credit cards (details are entered directly on CCBill’s secure payment page) or NOWPayments for cryptocurrencies.
• Technical connection data: during sensitive actions (signups, logins, submissions, reports...), the IP address, User-Agent header and browser language are used ephemerally to compute an anti-abuse hashed fingerprint. These elements are never stored in clear text in our databases and the fingerprint is kept temporarily in volatile memory only. In addition, our host may keep technical logs (including the IP address) for security purposes, according to its own retention periods.
• Listing statistics: number of views (one view is counted per visitor per 30-minute window), contacts received and favorites.
• Internal logging: every moderation decision and every sensitive commercial operation is traced in an internal log (action, target, timestamp, moderation account).
• Archives: when a listing is deleted (by its author or by moderation) or an account is deleted, a snapshot of the corresponding data is kept in an archive area reserved for the moderation team, for traceability and legal-obligation purposes.

• Securing access to your space (authentication, sessions, mandatory email confirmation).
• Publication and display of listings after moderation, search and geographic directories.
• Operation of messaging, favorites, reviews, profile follows and internal notifications.
• Moderation: prior validation of listings and reviews, report processing, prevention of duplicates and abuse.
• Transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset, moderation follow-up, purchase confirmation and subscription reminders.
• Billing and tracking of paid options (publication subscription, VIP, Boost), when activated.
• Responding to official judicial requests, in accordance with our disputes and procedures policy.

We do not sell, rent, exchange or disclose any personal data for commercial or advertising purposes. No advertising profiling is performed.

• Email provider (SMTP): routing of transactional emails (account confirmation, reset, moderation, purchases, reminders). It only receives the email address and the message content.
• Payment providers: when monetization is active, payments are entirely processed by CCBill (credit-card payment: card details are entered directly on CCBill’s secure payment page and are never transmitted to us) or by NOWPayments (cryptocurrencies). The site neither knows nor stores your payment details; it only receives the authenticated confirmation from the relevant provider, associated with the purchased product.
• Anonymous audience measurement: in production only, an audience-analysis tool without individual identification is loaded on the pages.
• Host: storage of the platform and databases; technical logs may be kept for its security purposes.
• Authorities: only upon a valid judicial request or legal procedure, according to the terms described in our Disputes & procedures page.
• Moderation team: restricted internal access (listings, reviews, reports, messaging in read-only mode, archives) exclusively for rule enforcement.

• Passwords never stored in clear text: scrypt hashing with a unique salt.
• Sessions via a restricted cookie (httpOnly, SameSite) backed by a token stored hashed server-side.
• SSL/TLS encryption of transfers.
• Rate limiting of sensitive actions (signups, logins, submissions, reports) based on a hashed fingerprint of your account identifier or connection characteristics, kept temporarily in volatile memory only and never used for profiling.
• Payments confirmed only via an authenticated provider notification (cryptographic signature for cryptocurrencies, origin verification for CCBill), with amount reconciliation and de-duplication.
• Strict validation of all entered data, prior moderation of listings and reviews, watermarking of photographs.
• Back-office access protected by a dedicated, logged login.

• Login sessions: 7 days, then automatic deletion.
• Password-reset token: 1 hour; email-confirmation token: 24 hours (single use).
• Accounts, listings, reviews, messaging, favorites and preferences: for the duration of the account’s use.
• Messages removed by moderation: hidden from users (logical deletion retained for internal traceability).
• Reports: retained and archived with their processing history.
• Deleted listings and accounts: active data erased immediately; an archive snapshot is kept in the moderation-restricted area for traceability and legal-obligation needs.

Only strictly necessary storage is used: the session cookie (required for login), the memorization of the majority confirmation (AgeGate 18+, valid for 1 year) and a temporary browser-session marker used to count one unique view per listing. No advertising or profiling cookie is set.

• Access and rectification: your account information, your listing, your privacy and notification preferences can be modified directly from your personal space.
• Deletion: you can delete your listings and your account autonomously (explicit confirmation required), or send us a request by email. Checks may be requested to certify that you are indeed the account holder.
• Objection and consent: control of the visibility of your public profile (city, followers, following, activity), restriction of private messages, and notification settings.
• Removal of content depicting you: use the report form or write to us; the dispute is handled according to our Disputes & procedures page.
